We clarify targets, timeline and available incentives, review drawings, consumption data and surveys, and list what is still missing.

Modelling of the building, calculation of U-values, thermal bridges and heating and cooling loads, plus a comparison of envelope and plant options.

You receive submission-ready documentation, a summary in plain language, and the complete filing with CasaClima and the authorities.

About ATRIUM
A small practice based in Lana — with one focus
ATRIUM is a specialist consultancy for energy efficiency and building physics. We deliberately stay a small team: the person who calculates your project is the person who talks to you, to the design team and to the contractors.
Our calculations are not made in isolation from the building site. We have spent enough time on sites between the Vinschgau and the Pustertal to know which details actually work in execution — and which only work in the software.
